This agreement becomes effective on the date you first access HackTheHire or sign up for our services.
HackTheHire offers tools to help users land their first developer job, including interview prep, resume and cover letter generation, LinkedIn bio analysis, and portfolio feedback.
Some features require credits, which are purchased via in-app purchases. Credits are consumed when using certain features and cannot be refunded once used.
Payments for HackTheHire purchased through Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store are processed by the respective platform provider. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

HackTheHire may provide AI-generated suggestions or content, including resumes, cover letters, interview answers, and profile recommendations. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may require review or modification by the user. HackTheHire does not guarantee job placement or interview success.
Refunds for purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, according to their billing policies. Credits consumed within HackTheHire cannot be refunded.
HackTheHire shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current service period.
You are responsible for the data you input into HackTheHire and how you use the insights provided. You must ensure legal compliance and accuracy of the information you manage within the app.
Using HackTheHire does not establish any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and the creators of HackTheHire. These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's jurisdiction.
